All other spill types, KDHE is the lead agency, with a few exceptions being spilled material, amount of material, and media effected. ONLY KDHE collected data is included in this dataset.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>An "Active" spill is being remediated through the coordination with KDHE BER spills program.
