Service Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;font-size:12pt"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The KDHE BER Storage Tank Section enforces federal and state storage tank regulations and provides oversight and direction of investigations and remedial activities at sites where storage tank releases have taken place.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN>Attributes: </SPAN></P><P><SPAN>FAC_STATUS: Facility Status - the highest operational status of any of the tanks on the facility. Some facilities may currently have all the tanks inactive, but could have the potential to hold material.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>ENTITY_STATUS: The status of the ENTIRE facility. This dataset only includes facilities with active KDHE regulations. If it closes with contamination, the facility would transfer to the Identified Sites Listing (see ISL Layer).</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>PERMIT_UST*: Count of Permitted "Underground Storage Tanks"</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>PERMIT_AST:* Count of Permitted "Above Ground Storage Tanks"</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>EXPIRE_AST*: Count of Above Ground Storage Tank Permit has expired.
